The Squad Skills Clinic at Ulladulla Leisure Centre will run during week 1 of the winter school holidays.
This focused clinic is designed for swimmers to accelerate training momentum and fast-track development for the competitive side of the sport.
Sessions will include dryland activities, including resistance training on pool deck, technique refinement, sprint training, starts, finishes and more.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
