Nowra Aquatic Park - Temporary Changes

Due to forecasts for inclement weather, the waterslides at Nowra Aquatic Park will be closed from Thursday, 15 January to Monday, 19 January (inclusive). Additionally, reduced operating hours will apply on Saturday, 17 January and Sunday, 18 January, with the park open from 11am – 3pm (usually 10am – 5pm). Get race ready with Shoalhaven Swim School!

Squad training sessions at Shoalhaven Swim | Sport | Fitness are a great way to keep fit and healthy, meet new friends and ensure your development in the pool continues beyond the basics and into the competitive side of the sport.

With a strong focus on stroke correction, endurance, speed and training techniques in all four competitive strokes, our squad programs are perfect for all swimmers who would like to continue their development beyond the Swim & Survive program.

Squad training involves skill-based enrolment and assessment is required. Please contact your local facility for details.
