Sussex Inlet Aquatic Centre will be closed Wednesday, 5 June to Friday, 7 June 2024 (inclusive) to undertake repairs of the pool filtration system.
This is essential work for safe operation of the pool in accordance with guidelines from Royal Life Saving, Safe Pool Operations and NSW Health.
The scheduled closure is timed to have minimal impact on existing centre activities, including Learn to Swim and Squad programs.
Group Fitness
Group fitness classes scheduled on Wednesday, 5 and Friday, 7 June, have been cancelled.
We encourage all members and regular group fitness participants to join one of the many classes scheduled at Bay & Basin Leisure Centre during the closure.
Current members of Sussex Inlet Aquatic Centre can join classes at Bay & Basin Leisure Centre any time at no additional cost. Click here to view the full group fitness timetable.
Staff at Sussex Inlet Aquatic Centre are also taking expressions of interest for an additional Aqua Aerobics class for the week at 9 AM on Tuesday, 4 June 2024. Please register your interest by emailing siac@shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au or speaking to the friendly team at reception.
Swim School
All impacted swim school students across Learn to Swim and Squad programs will be contacted directly with details regarding alternate arrangements for classes. In cases where alternate days and times are not suitable, relevant credits will be applied to accounts.
