Nowra Aquatic Park is now closed for the cooler months until Sunday, 31 August 2025. The park will reopen on Monday, 1 September 2025. All current Nowra Aquatic Park members can take advantage of their membership by accessing the nearby Bomaderry Aquatic Centre throughout the seasonal closure.
The gym at Ulladulla Leisure Centre will be closed from 12:00pm - 4:00pm on Saturday, 14 June (incl. 24-7 Gym Access) for new carpet installation. Indoor cafe seating may also be impacted. Outdoor seating will remain available. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these upgrades.
Ulladulla Sea Pool is closed until further notice following significant damage caused by large swells in April. Council is appointing a specialist coastal engineering consultant to lead repair works. We will continue to share updates as the project progresses.
Due to poor water quality, Huskisson Sea Pool is closed until further notice. Please stay tuned to the Bay & Basin Leisure Centre Facebook page for updates.

Shoalhaven City Council wishes to remind patrons that Nowra Aquatic Park will close for the cooler months, with the final day of operation on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. The park will reopen on Monday, 1 September 2025 for the 2025/26 swim season.
This seasonal closure is part of Council’s broader strategy to support the long-term financial sustainability of its services, including Shoalhaven Swim | Sport | Fitness (SSSF) facilities. These changes were first outlined in August 2024, including revised operating hours and seasonal adjustments across several locations. You can read the full update here.
Current Nowra Aquatic Park members are encouraged to use their membership at the nearby Bomaderry Aquatic Centre. Members may also choose to temporarily pause their membership for the duration of the closure.
We thank our members and visitors for their understanding and continued support.
