Class descriptions:
Ride: Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, ride over hills, chase the pack, Climb Mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.
Power Circuit: Involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. Aimed at getting you the results you want, and fast.
Flow: A contemporary and dynamic yoga-style class connecting breath with movement.
ABT: This workout blends bodyweight and weighted exercises to focus on your abdominal, butt, and thigh (ABT) muscles. ABT focuses on muscle growth and maximising strength. Let’s tone your lower body and build that booty!
Functional Strength: Functional Fitness is a 45-minute cross training class that focuses on metabolic conditioning. Using free weights this class will challenge you with EMOM’s, AMRAP’s and more! A great way to increase strength and overall fitness.
